Konzeptvorschlag „Musik für alle in Münchner Kitas“ (einschließlich Projektbericht des Modellprojekts „Community Music in Münchner KinderTagesZentren“ 2021-2023)

Kurzfassung/Abstract

Der Konzeptvorschlag „Musik für alle in Münchner Kitas“ soll durch das Referat für Bildung und Sport im Geschäftsbereich KITA umgesetzt werden. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Programms besteht darin, in allen beteiligten Kindertageseinrichtungen (Kitas) ein niedrigschwelliges musikpädagogisches Angebot zu etablieren. Dieses zeichnet sich durch einen umfassenden Musikbegriff aus und fördert Partizipation, Vielfalt sowie kulturelle Demokratie. Dabei werden sowohl für die beteiligten Kinder als auch für die pädagogischen Fachkräfte und Eltern neue interne und externe Räume geschaffen. Um die Wirksamkeit des Angebots hinsichtlich seines inklusiven Charakters nachzuweisen, werden Evaluationen, Feedback und statistische Daten gesammelt (siehe Abschnitt zur Evaluation). Das musikpädagogische Konzept Community Music wird als Grundlage genutzt, um aktive Partizipation, Demokratiebildung, informelles Lernen und Wohlbefinden durch Musik zu fördern. Hierbei wird angestrebt, durch eine diskriminierungskritische und inklusive frühe musikalische Bildung im Sinne von Community Music die Teilhabe und Förderung sämtlicher beteiligter Kinder zu ermöglichen.
Der vorliegende Konzeptvorschlag beginnt mit wissenschaftlichen Vorarbeiten, in denen die Definition und die Prinzipien von Community Music sowie die Rolle von Musik in der frühkindlichen Bildung vertieft werden. Im zweiten Teil werden die beiden Phasen des Modellprojekts „Community Music in Münchner KinderTagesZentren“ vorgestellt. Abschließend werden im dritten Teil die konzeptionellen Vorhaben sowie die Evaluationsziele und -methodik vorgestellt.

The concept proposal "Music for All in Munich Daycare Centers" is to be implemented by the Department of Education and Sports within the Daycare (KITA) division. The overarching goal of the program is to establish a low-threshold music education offering in all participating daycare centers (Kitas). This program is characterized by a comprehensive understanding of music and promotes participation, diversity, and cultural democracy. New internal and external spaces will be created for the participating children, educational staff, and parents. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the program regarding its inclusive nature, evaluations, feedback, and statistical data will be collected (see the section on evaluation). The music education concept of Community Music will serve as the foundation to promote active participation, democracy-building, informal learning, and well-being through music. The aim is to enable the participation and development of all involved children through an early music education that is inclusive and critical of discrimination, in line with the principles of Community Music.
The present concept proposal begins with a review of the academic groundwork, detailing the definition and principles of Community Music, as well as the role of music in early childhood education. In the second part, the two phases of the pilot project "Community Music in Munich Childcare Centers" are presented. Finally, the third part outlines the conceptual plans, as well as the evaluation goals and methodology.
