Kurzfassung/Abstract

In Italy the apprenticeship (I and III level) is, for more reasons, hardly present. Because of a distance between school and company, a lack of (social) recognition for a culture of “practical” formation is preserved. The comparison with the German dual system underlines how a different approach to the apprenticeship’s organisation, based on a real dual vocational education, is able to guarantee efficiency and a large interest. In a contest of formation’s balance and integration between theory and practice new technologies find wide applications. The article reflects on a major use of technological devices and digital processes in order to put more in contact school and productions systems. This will have a positive impact on the diffusion of the apprenticeship, creating new formations perspectives, released from time and space, according to the seamless learning approach, which may be able to spread a new cultural paradigm.
